Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12/10/2026
1. Data controller
The controller of the data processed through this website and the HAI application is HAI CORP.
For any privacy-related matter, you may write to info@haicorp.io.
This policy applies together with the HAI Legal Terms. By using the website or the application, the user declares that they have read it.
2. Data minimisation principle
HAI works with wallets, not with identities. To use the software, we do not request your name, identity document, email address, telephone number or postal address. Only the data necessary for the software to function, to be secure and to comply with the law is processed.
If the user voluntarily provides other data (for example, when contacting support), it will be processed solely to handle their request.
3. Data processed
- Account identification: public wallet addresses, nickname, invitation code, sponsor and chosen language.
- Trading data: balances, deposits, withdrawals, replicated trades, results, fees, commissions and rewards.
- Technical data: IP address, device identifier, operating system, application version, browser and notification token.
- Record of acceptance: version of the terms accepted, date, language, IP address, device and signature made with the wallet.
- Security data: encrypted technical credentials where required for trading, and a summary (hash) of the PIN, never the PIN in plain text. Recovery phrases are kept by the user on their own device.
4. Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the service (connecting the account, replicating trades, displaying balances and results, charging fees): performance of the contract.
- Referral programme and pool: calculating and paying commissions and rewards: performance of the contract.
- Security and fraud prevention (abuse of promotions, multiple accounts, unauthorised access): legitimate interest.
- Notifications about the account and trading activity: consent, which may be withdrawn from the device.
- Record of acceptance of the terms and compliance with legal obligations: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
- Improvement of the software using aggregated technical data: legitimate interest.
HAI CORP does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Referral programme
Within the referral programme, the sponsor and the upper levels of the network may see the user’s nickname and the amounts they generate for the network. Their full wallet addresses and other data are not displayed.
6. With whom data is shared
- Infrastructure providers (server hosting, blockchain nodes, notification delivery), which process data on behalf of HAI CORP and solely to provide their service.
- Third-party platforms and networks (including, among others, Hyperliquid, Lighter and Arbitrum), to the extent necessary to operate. They are governed by their own policies.
- Providers of products included in the promotion (for example, the card issuer), only if the user requests that product; such providers process the data in accordance with their own policy.
- Authorities, where there is a legal obligation or a valid request.
- A successor of HAI CORP in the event of a reorganisation, merger or transfer of the business.
7. Data on the blockchain
Wallet addresses, transactions and trades carried out on blockchain networks and decentralised exchanges are, by their nature, public and immutable. HAI CORP does not control those networks and cannot modify or delete the information recorded on them.
8. International transfers
The servers and providers of HAI CORP may be located in different countries. By using the service, the user understands that their data may be processed outside their country of residence, subject to appropriate security measures.
9. Retention
Data is retained while the account is active and, thereafter, for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve claims and defend the rights of HAI CORP, in accordance with the applicable limitation periods. Technical data and access logs are retained for as long as necessary for the security of the service.
10. Security
HAI CORP applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: encryption of credentials and communications, access control, server segregation and continuous monitoring. No system is entirely infallible; the user is responsible for protecting their device, their PIN and their recovery phrases.
11. User rights
Subject to the legislation applicable in their country, the user may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing or portability of their data, and may withdraw their consent where the processing is based on it.
The request must be sent to info@haicorp.io from the wallet that holds the account or by proving control of it. Erasure does not extend to public information on the blockchain or to data that must be retained by legal obligation or for the defence of claims. The user may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of their country.
12. Minors
The service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age, and HAI CORP does not knowingly process their data. If an account belonging to a minor is detected, it will be deactivated.
13. Device storage and cookies
The website and the application use only the technical storage strictly necessary on the device (for example, the language, the session or the encrypted wallet of the web application). No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used.
14. Changes
HAI CORP may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page with its date. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions in different languages, the English version shall prevail.
